Simon G. Jewelry Cash Incentive Program

We value the dedication and expertise of our retail partners sales associates. As a way of saying thank you for your hard work we have established this incentive program.

 

Bridal Incentive:

  • Tier 1: 1-6 Pieces Sold earn $50 per item
  • Tier 2: 7-11 Pieces Sold earn $55 per item
  • Tier 3: 12-16 Pieces Sold earn $60 per item
  • Tier 4: 17-23 Pieces Sold earn $65 per item
  • Tier 5: 24-30 Pieces Sold earn $70 per item
  • Tier 6: 31 Pieces Sold and greater earn $75 per item

*Note: Payment increases at the start of each new tier. Tiers reset at the beginning of each calendar year.

 

Men’s and Fashion Incentive:

  • Each sale of a Men’s piece will earn $50.00
  • Each sale of a Fashion diamond piece will earn $75.00
  • Each sale of a Color piece with an MSRP of $2200 or greater will earn $100.00
  • Each sale of a Color piece with an MSRP up to $2199 will earn $50.00

 

Procedure:

  • Sales are to be logged on www.simongretail.com
  • Incentives may be submitted at anytime and must have a minimum of three pieces per claim.
  • Incentive claims are paid via ACH or check within ten days of receipt and approval.

 

Eligibility:

  • The authorized retail partner’s account must be in good standing, current.
  • All items must be logged in the same calendar year they are sold and must be claimed by January 31st of the following year.
  • An individual associate must sell a minimum of three pieces to participate.
  • All items must be sold at Simon G. Jewelry’s MSRP or above, unless the approval for discount has been provided in writing by an authorized member of the Simon G. Jewelry management team.
  • Cash may be redeemed at any time throughout the year and as often as you like, however all remaining points and cash expire January 31st of the following year.

 

Official Rules:

  • Associates can claim sale for only one program, cash or incentive. Items sold are not eligible for both programs.
  • The sale of Simon G. Jewelry closeout or discontinued merchandise does not qualify for the program.
  • All items claimed must have a serial number.
  • Simon G. Jewelry will verify all records and may ask for additional information to process reward submissions.
  • Sales are non-transferable.
  • Sales associates must be employees of an authorized Simon G. Jewelry retailer whose account is in good standing (current) at the time the incentive payout is processed.
  • Sales associates acknowledge and agree that any applicable taxes and shipping shall be their responsibility.
  • 1099 Forms will be provided for all associates according to IRS guidelines on all reported income.
  • Participants agree to the use of their names and/or photographs for public purposes at no additional cost to Simon G. Jewelry.
  • Points may only be used toward active style numbers and are not eligible to be used toward custom design, loose diamonds or gemstones.
